1. Will my insurance cover chiropractic care?

PLEASE NOTE that some of these policies will not pay for an initial exam, which Dr. Spore must perform for new patients before she can treat them. If your plan does not pay for the exam you must pay for this on the date of service
Some insurance companies offer out-of-network benefits. Check your policy to see if this is an option for you if you are not insured with one of the above companies. We are very happy to provide you with the paperwork necessary to submit to your insurance company on your own for possible reimbursement (which would then be paid directly to you), and we offer you the discounted rate for payment at the time of services.
Contract Plans
We also offer Individual and Family plans for chiropractic
health maintenance. These plans offer an annual exam and one
chiropractic adjustment per week (up to 4 per month) for $100/month
(Individual Plan) or one adjustment per week for each family member for
$150/month (Family Plan, for up to four family members). There is an
annual contract agreement and the fee is paid at the time of the first
visit of each month. Please call the clinic for more information.
2. What about the other services provided at the
At the Wellness & Longevity Center Dr. Spore offers many health
services besides chiropractic care. Her extensive experience and
credentials qualify her to perform a variety of tests including blood
chemistries, food sensitivities, hormone tests, hair mineral analysis,
neuroregulatory profiles, cardiovascular profiles and organic acid and
yeast tests. We also have a hyperbaric chamber for oxygen therapy. These
services are usually not covered by the insurance companies. Testing at
our Clinic is therefore done on a cash basis, but once again we are
happy to provide you with paperwork that you may submit to your
insurance company for possible direct reimbursement.
